Strip coil (or slit coil) is a continuous, thin, flat strip of metal—most commonly steel, stainless steel, or aluminum—that has been rolled and wound into a tight coil for easy handling, storage, and transportation. They are created by taking massive, wide metal rolls ("master coils") and feeding them through high-speed slitting machines to cut them into specific, narrower widths with tight dimensional tolerances.
Precision-engineered, narrow rolls of stainless steel produced by slitting master coils into specific widths. Known for exceptional surface quality and tight dimensional tolerances, widely used in manufacturing flexible tubing, springs, and heating elements.
Titanium strip coils are renowned for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, outstanding corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability in extreme environments.
